Its a great phone (I have one). Although its a bit low as far as memory is concerned, it still beats all the other phones there are. Worth the $400 price tag.

You can`t upgrade it on iTunes, can you ? since its not a "legal" verion.( Godlike)

Actually you can, but you need to unlock it again...so people not familiar with unlocking the iPhone do not upgrade.

TO ALL THOSE WHO PLAN TO BUY IT: DON'T buy it, unless you have AT&T (USA) or T-Mobile (UK)..the reason being that the iPhones in the market now cannot be unlocked....

My gpa has one and they are pretty neat, was watching youtube on it and such, had the nice photo viewer.
